Computer Systems Operator

Pima Lung & Sleep, PC, located at River and La Cholla, is seeking several candidates to join their medical office team.  We specialize in pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine.

Job Requirements:

• Looking for applicants who are technically inclined who have a computer science, mathematics or engineering background or degree.
• Work in a fast paced medical environment
• Must have experience in in Excel, Acrobat, & IT related reasoning
• Must be able to proficiently employ spreadsheet formulas and calculated fields to track patient data & office productivity
• Ability to work various projects & problem solving making a more rewarding experience
• Help the office going electronic
• Skill in leading and training technical staff
• Skill in using email, word processing, and spreadsheet software
• Provide staff training with new software installs
• Knowledge of dealing with timeline priorities
• Skill in communicating effectively, orally and in writing
• Skill in working independently and as part of a Team
• Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software
• Ability to create, document, and follow processes and procedures
• Provide night support for PACS data retrieval & perform daily data audits
• Collaborate with corporate vendors & provide support to bridge the gap between all the office E- Medical Records teams
• Process electronic documents daily through Electronic Medical record systems
• Excellent customer service skills
